At Two Dog Outfitters, we stand behind our gear. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Item must be in original condition
Item must be free of stains, odors, or damage


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Process

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Two Dog Outfitters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
